§ 126-124. Sales from vehicles by licensed fish dealers.

Any individual then holding a fresh or salt water fish dealer's license to sell at wholesale or retail shall be entitled to sell fish caught by him or her in Collier County by selling the same, or offering same for sale, only direct to consumers from vehicles in Collier County are not required to acquire a local business tax receipt.
