§ 126-125. Providers of advertising space on a motor vehicle or vessel.

Every person renting, leasing or otherwise providing to any third party for profit any advertising space in or on any car, bus, truck or other motor vehicle, or vessel, shall pay a local business tax of $3.00 for each such car, bus, truck or other motor vehicle, or vessel, owned by or leased or rented to such person. Nothing in this article shall be construed to authorize any such advertising.
