The county development services advisory committee is hereby created to provide reports and recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners to assist in the enhancement of operational efficiency and budgetary accountability within the community development and environmental services division and to serve as a primary communication link between the community development and environmental services division, the development industry and the citizens of the county.
