(a)

The foregoing recitals are true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

(b)

All ad valorem funds generated hereby shall be collected by the Collier County Tax Collector.

(c)

The County Manager or his or her designee, shall administer this program in accordance with the procedures and criteria provided for herein.
