§ 22-167. Contractors' identification required on all advertising mediums.

All contractors licensed under the provisions of this article shall be required to firmly affix and/or to display the qualifier's certificate of competency number and the "Doing Business As" name on all advertising mediums used by the contractor, including but not limited to, contracts, brochures, business cards and vehicles used in their trade or business. The minimum height of each number or letter affixed to and displayed on vehicles shall be two inches.
